1: Store clingfilm in the fridge. It makes it easier to handle.
2: I always swear by a kitchen roll holder (the ones you can screw to a wall horizionally). I bought two, one for foil and one for my greaseproof paper. If you buy food bags, usually they come rolled up like toilet paper and because they are quite small, you can even use a toilet roll holder. It keeps it all neat and tidy and you just pull one off everytime you need it.
