1: nstead of paying for your bread and pasta weekly/monthly .Save at least £20 montly by baking your own fresh bread and paste instead. Invest in 2-3 per bag of flour @ 40p-70p, yeast which should last you for a month. Use savings towards your next domestic bill instead
2:You can save a lot by buying cheaper alternatives which I have discovered can be just as nice as branded things. I discovered supermarkets own branded tuna and beans, taste just the same as brands what can cost £1+ So you can save anywhere up to 50p per can. Also, think about items you really need, and things you might not use as much. I discovered, I bought massive packs of bread buns and never ate them all, so I bought less and saved a £1. Eg. Why buy a whole cucumber if you only ever need half? Instead of paying £1+ for a loaf, buy whatever is on offer (BOGOF) and freeze one? etc
