How to cut down your weekly calories and save money

To stop yourself running wild in the naughty aisle at the supermarket, write yourself a food plan for every meal that you are going to eat over the next week or so. Planning meals and in turn the ingredients that you need means that you have focus during your supermarket shops and are less likely to buy items willy-nilly or be tempted by the BOGOF offers on crisps, sweets and chocolate. Not only will you save buying yourself empty calories but you should also save money by avoiding unnecessary 'bargain' purchases. Online shopping also makes this even easier!
