1: Boil the water twice to make sure that it is double hot. Pour onto the tea bag just before the kettle clicks for the second time, stir twice one way and twice the other and then whip the tea-bag out. Add barely a waft of milk. Under no circumstances must you put milk in with the dry tea-bag . . . that is NOT right!
2:Great tip, but if you are like and find some tea bags, couldn't brew up a storm, instead of taking the bag out after pouring the water but before the milk. Simply leave the bag in whilst you splash your milk in so you can see how strong it is (or isn't) !
